After understanding your requirements, we make sure we find a profile that matches your tech stack and company culture. Then our dedicated principle engineer on that tech stack will handle the interview process which goal is to make sure the developer is an excellent fit for the role.

How are the developers vetted?

How do I communidate with potential candidates?

You can talk to the developers after they pass our filters first. Then you are free to reach out to the developers on any channel (email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp etc.)

Will I have the contractual relationship with Devzz or the candidate?

You can do both, it is your choice. You can have the developer for free and choose what kind of contract you want with him. However, if you don’t want to complicate things, the contract can be with Devzz and our entity will handle the developer’s payroll.
